Exchange / Return Policy

Exchange POLICY

  • Exchange facility can only be availed within ­07-Days of parcel receipt by customer. Refund can only be claimed prior to product dispatch in case of advance payment.
  • Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged.
  • Tags and labels must be intact along with invoice as a proof of purchase from infantino.
  • Summer stock will be exchanged only with summer items & winter items only with winter stock.
  • Return request will not be processed if the item is “no longer needed”.
  • All items sent for return will first go through quality check to ensure they are returned in the original condition. If a product(s)  we received in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
  • Products purchased online can be exchanged from stores, but product purchased from stores cannot be exchanged from online store.
  • We offer free pick up services for items in case the wrong product being dispatched by our negligence
  • If a customer decline to receive parcel without any prior notice by him, so then infantino will not entertain his/her order in future. 

    If Refund is approved
  • Payment will be made in 3 working days after product(s) is recieved at our warehouse. 
  • For return(s) which were paid through bank account(s) or through credit/debit cards. Refund will be processed for the same bank account from which payment was made and received.
  • For COD order(s) refund will be transferred to the bank account identical to the name from which order was placed. 

INFANTINO reserves the right to amend , alter or make changes in exchange policy without prior notice.
