Defective item? email us: hello@infantino.pk / WhatsApp: +92-330-395-3950 with the pictures showing the defect, we will immediately exchange the product, as you like! Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority!
ONLY SIZE EXCHANGE.
The item is to be packed and given to the rider or sent by you to our given address in the same packaging, tagged and same condition.
Delivery charges apply on exchange.
The exchange end-to-end process takes 7 – 10 days.
If the item is to be sent by the customer to the warehouse, delivery charges are to be paid by the customer.

Refund amount will be processed in 3 working days after product is recieved at our warehouse. Bank account title and Customer name by which order was placed, needs to be identical.
