- Exchange facility can only be availed within 07-Days of parcel receipt by customer. Refund can only be claimed prior to product dispatch in case of advance payment.
- Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged.
- Tags and labels must be intact along with invoice as a proof of purchase from infantino.
- Summer stock will be exchanged only with summer items & winter items only with winter stock.
- Return request will not be processed if the item is “no longer needed”.
- All items sent for return will first go through quality check to ensure they are returned in the original condition. If a product(s) we received in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
- Products purchased online can be exchanged from stores, but product purchased from stores cannot be exchanged from online store.
- We offer free pick up services for items in case the wrong product being dispatched by our negligence
- If a customer decline to receive parcel without any prior notice by him, so then infantino will not entertain his/her order in future.
